How long before my order arrives? TOP
We do our extreme best to process and ship orders as fast as possible.  Most orders ship out in 2-4 business days. Delivery is in addition and can take anywhere from 2-7 business days for Ground and 1-2 business days for Express (depending on delivery location). As a general rule, you can expect your order to arrive within 4-10 business days (ground delivery) and 3-6 business days (express delivery). When your order ships, tracking information is emailed to you. Orders can also be tracked on our website (see order tracking)

Are transactions on your website secure? TOP
Our website uses powerful 128-bit SSL encryption technology (Secure Sockets Layer), and a fully PCI compliant shopping cart to ensure that your credit card and personal information can not be intercepted and read during the order process. We never rent, sell , or share customer contact information with anyone, for any reason. Your information is strictly confidential and will be used solely by us to send and order confirmation, a shipping alert, and to contact you in the event we have a question concerning your order.

Can personalized or custom made merchandise be returned? TOP
Unfortunately, personalized or custom made merchandise is not returnable or refundable. The exception is if we made an error in personalization. In that case, we will redo the items and ship at our cost.

How do you handle shipping damage? TOP
In the rare instance that a gift arrives damaged ( we pack very, very carefully) we will do everything possible to correct the situation. Will I receive an order confirmation? TOP
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been finalized and approved online.

Will I be able to track my order? TOP
Yes. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order on our website.

Can I change or cancel an order? TOP
An order cannot be canceled once it has been placed online or over the phone. Changes may be allowed provided that it has not already been shipped, custom made or personalized. To change an order, you must speak with a customer care representative to determine the status of that order.

How will my gift be wrapped? TOP
All gifts are beautifully wrapped either in tulle or clear cello, and embellished with decorative ribbon, bow and a gift card.

Can I include a Gift Message? TOP
Of course! Just add your message during checkout and we'll add it to a gift card.

Will the gift recipient see the price? TOP
No. A packing list may be included with order details but no price.

Do you charge sales tax? TOP
We do not charge sales tax unless the "ship to" address is in Texas.

Can I order by telephone? TOP

Absolutely! Customer care specialists are available to take your order over the telephone Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5pm CST.
