Tumbleweed Babies is owned and operated by Tumlinson and Co.

Tumlinson and Co. was founded in 1999 by Bill and Annie Tumlinson in an effort to bring exceptional, high quality baby gifts to the discerning internet shopper.

Our own creativity resulted in the design and manufacture of many original baby shower products including baby shower soap favors, invitations, handmade burp cloths, embroidered bibs and ultimately, what is now know as our trademark product ~ Baby Diaper Cakes (a.k.a. Baby Cakes, Baby Shower Cakes)!
