Shipping & Returns
To
make your shopping experience with Tumbleweed Babies as pleasant and
satisfactory as possible, please read the information on this page so
you know exactly what to expect.

ORDER PROCESSING We know that once you've placed your order, you want it delivered ASAP! Rest
assured, we do our extreme best to process and ship orders as fast as
possible! Simply refer to the "Availability" outlined within each
product's description to find out how long it takes before your order
is ready to ship. If nothing is stated, orders usually process in 2-3
business days. Please keep in mind that some products are handcrafted
and made upon receipt of your order, and the stated time frame can vary
depending on our current order volume. Delivery is in addition to the
order processing time.
All days are "Business Days" (Mon-Fri, excluding all holidays).
RUSH ORDERS & DATE SPECIFIC ORDERS
If you need your order in a hurry and/or need it for a special event,
please make sure you let us know. It's best to use the "Comments" box
during checkout to advise us of the date you need your order delivered
by. You may also need to upgrade to Express shipping to assure your order arrives on time. Please keep in mind that conditions beyond our control, such as bad weather, wrong delivery address, etc., can cause delivery delays and we simply cannot "Guarantee" date specific delivery.
SHIPPING * All Products are available for delivery to USA addresses. * Only Tumbleweed Babies Original products are available for delivery to Canada, APO/FPO and select European destinations. *
Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii is either via UPS 3 Day Air or USPS. * Delivery to Canada, APO/FPO and Europe is via USPS * Carriers are at our discretion (Usually UPS, USPS ir FEDEX). * Delivery Charges are automatically calculated by our shopping
cart and are "Estimates" Only. Charges may be more especially if your
order needs to packed in separate boxes or requires an "oversize" box. We will notify you via e-mail if additional charges apply.
PAYMENTS * We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your receipt/statement will reflect your purchase from us as Tumbleweed Babies/Pure Earth Goods
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is placed, it CANNOT be canceled. If at any time we
allow an exception, a 15% cancellation/restocking fee applies.
RETURNS Your Satisfaction is GUARANTEED! If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for either a
full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping)! Here are the
Details:
1. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) ordered, please notify us
right away via e-mail to request a "Return Authorization Number (RAN)"
and return instructions. You must provide a reason for the return.
2. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging and must be
returned to us within 30 days of the "purchase date" and with a valid
RAN. Unauthorized Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
3. All returns must include a tracking #.
4. We will credit 100% of the purchase price excluding shipping and
handling charges. All credits will be refunded to the credit
card/payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned
items for proper credit.
6. Returns due to delivery failure by a requested delivery date are not
allowed since we do not guarantee date specific delivery (no
exceptions).
7. Personalized Products/Custom Orders - All sales are final ~ no returns, no exchanges, no refunds.

Tumbleweed Babies reserves the right to make adjustments to the refund
amount or deny a refund according to the conditions and terms outlined above. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
* If all or part of your order was damaged during shipping, please
contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) so we can file a
claim with the carrier.
* Once we receive confirmation from the carrier that the claim will be
paid we will replace or exchange the damaged item(s) or issue a refund
(limited to the damaged item(s) only - not your entire order). *If you want the order re-done/re-shipped prior to claim settlement, it will be considered a new order and must be paid for. * DO NOT RETURN the damaged item(s) unless instructed to do so.
ERRORS If we make a mistake, we will correct the error, refund or exchange the item(s) at no additional cost.
DISCLAIMER
We (Tumbleweed Babies, Tumlinson & Co., Pure Earth Goods) are not to be held liable
for any loss incurred through the use of this website, products and/or
the information contained herein. If you are dissatisfied, your
exclusive remedy shall be to cease using this website.
All Prices listed on our website and all sales material and spreadsheets are subject to change at any time and without notice.
We assume no
liability for packages lost, damaged or destroyed due to events beyond
our control such as, but not limited to, severe weather conditions,
natural disasters, man-made disasters.
