ORDER PROCESSING
We do our extreme best to process and ship orders within time frame stated in the product description (View Shipping Option). Personalized items may take longer to process. The stated time frames can vary depending on our current order volume. Delivery is in addition to the order processing time. All days are "Business Days" (Mon-Fri, excluding all holidays).
RUSH ORDERS & DATE SPECIFIC ORDERS
If you need your order in a hurry and/or need it for a special event, please make sure you let us know. It's best to use the "Date Needed By" box during checkout. You may also need to upgrade to Express shipping to assure your order arrives on time. Please keep in mind that conditions beyond our control, such as bad weather, wrong delivery address, etc., can cause delivery delays and we simply cannot "Guarantee" date specific delivery.
SHIPPING
* All Products are available for delivery to USA addresses.
* Carriers are at our discretion (Usually UPS, USPS or FEDEX).
* Delivery Charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart.
PAYMENTS
* We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your receipt/statement will reflect your purchase from us as: Tumbleweed Babies/ Buzzy Bee Embroidery
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once you've placed your order, it cannot be canceled, except for out of stock items or items on back order. If we make an exception, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
1. Returns are only allowed for manufacturer defect, if we made a mistake or if damaged during shipping.
2. Please notify us right away via email: tumbleweedbabies@gmail.com
3. Include your order number and describe the item, damage or error. If possible, take a picture to speed up the returns and replacement process.
4. Item(s) must be unused and in original packaging!!!!
5. Upon review, we will either replace the item or offer you a full refund of the purchase price in the event replacement is not possible.
6. Do not return the item unless we have authorized it and issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges are NOT allowed for:
1. Personalized Products/Custom Orders - All sales are final ~ no returns, no exchanges, no refunds.
2. Delivery failure by a requested delivery date (we do not guarantee date specific delivery).
3. Wholesale and Drop Ship Orders.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
* If all or part of your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) so we can file a claim with the carrier.
* Once we receive confirmation from the carrier that the claim will be paid we will replace or exchange the damaged item(s) or issue a refund (limited to the damaged item(s) only - not your entire order).
*If you want the order re-done/re-shipped prior to claim settlement, it will be considered a new order and must be paid for.
* DO NOT RETURN the damaged item(s) unless instructed to do so.
ERRORS
If we make a mistake, we will correct the error, refund or exchange the item(s) at no additional cost (see returns above)

We (Tumbleweed Babies, Tumlinson & Co.) are not to be held liable for any loss incurred through the use of this website, products and/or the information contained herein. If you are dissatisfied, your exclusive remedy shall be to cease using this website.
All Prices listed on our website and all sales material and spreadsheets are subject to change at any time and without notice.
We assume no liability for packages lost, damaged or destroyed due to events beyond our control such as, but not limited to, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, man-made disasters.
